The NWPTA Secretariat

To assist British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan in implementing the NWPTA, a Secretariat, funded jointly by each government has been established.

The NWPTA Secretariat is responsible for administering the dispute resolution processes and procedures of the NWPTA in an objective and impartial manner. Additionally, the Secretariat provides coordination, administrative and technical support to the three governments as required for the overall implementation of the NWPTA.
