The NWPTA Administrator
To assist British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba in implementing the Agreement, an NWPTA Administrator has been put in place.

The NWPTA Administrator is responsible for administering the dispute resolution processes and procedures of the NWPTA in an objective and impartial manner. Additionally, the Administrator provides coordination, administrative and technical support to the NWPTA governments as required for the overall implementation of the NWPTA.
